15 inches on 39.5s

You should be able to run over anything with that! You are only 3 hours to the north of me. I've been thru Crowsnest Pass quite a few times. Still can't believe how that mountain collapsed.

Let's just say there's going to be some art work on it soon. Nothing says, "10 bolt POS" like a :doh2: face on it.

Besides, I can spot leaks a lot easier from a distance with a brightly covered cover on it.

I thought he might have run over Big Bird but hey what do I know...

BTW, the 33" tires with no lift, the tires are rubbing against the fenders only when I'm reversing and turning at the same time (like pulling out of a driveway or parking space). what gives??

ok I have a 86 k20 one ton swap with 4" lift and bald 38s stuffed in there. I have the option to purchase for 500$ 12" front lift springs and 8" 52s and shackle flip for rear not sure if I should do it or not I use this truck for just a mud truck not on the road I want to go big just not sure if this 12" will be a PIA and expensive to get everything set up I just don't want to go and spend a million dollars to get this set up correctly

I'd have to think your most expensive part of this upgrade to 12in, if you have not yet converted to crossover steering, you will for sure have to get it done for the 12in lift. It actually should have been done already at 8in.

Quick question

Hi I don't mean to steal anyone's thunder but if i put a 4in all spring suspension lift in by skyjacker and some 1'' zero rates will i be able to clear 35s on 15x10 with NO trimming and no rubbing? What will I have to do to clear 35s on a 15x10 without going six inches up and without a body lift? I don't want to put 6 in because then I have to change drive shaft length and things I don't want to do. And no body lift because I hate the gap between body and frame I already have 4:10s so gears aren't a worry. Any insight would be helpful!

Thanks

Does anyone have a suburban with a 3-4" lift and 32-33" tires?

Our '86 finally got 33's gonna rock the Rallies. 4" Superlift Soft ride lift. I like it and rides like how I remember these trucks rode when I was a kid.
