Friggin beautiful truck !!! Look at the shine !!!
I might have an idea how that got so shiney.
7Ich 4 suspension blocks on rear 3 body on military 36 12.5 16.5
Big block comin soon and i got a truck ned camper so thinkin gettin rid of body and goin all spring
I'd go for a combination of a smaller body lift (~1" or so) to allow for that little bit of extra clearance and then go all spring. From there, run a set of ez rates if you really do need an extra inch after all is said and done.
You could easily go all spring, would just depend upon what spring rate you get.i like a small gap between frame and bed thatd be nice easy to clean out underneath but i dont think lift springs will like the bed camper things heavy and stands 12ft in the air lol so she sways and that means the camper is only setting on a few points rather than the whole frame so im torn on what to do
i thought about a quick disconect bag setup but still pondering ideas spring shop said i should stay stock springs maybe just upgrade to 1 tons and keep the lift blocks but i dont want to lose height i like the stance my truck just has to many purposes
What about 4 inch lift and 37s I would be using cut out fender flares I am also open to a body lift the highest is a 2 inch body lift.. How would that look.
The shorty is so beautiful it hurts my eyes, if that makes sense. Maybe if it was in my driveway my eyeballs wouldn't ache so bad.1977 Chevy K5 Skyjacker full spring 6" lift. Dick Cepek 15/36R16.5 tires. Bush Wacker cut out flares. You must be registered for see images attach

My 2wd c10 has 31x10.50x15s at stock ride heightI don't think we have pics of that combo, but I don't think 2in lift would look bad at all with 31's. I'm with you though, I do intend to have 2 4x4 Squares. 1 is going to be very close to stock height and tire size. BF Goodrich does make a 33 x 10:50 tire that I intend to use on my 4x4 that I'll use more for street driving and bad weather. I don't want to hurt the mpg to bad, so keeping a narrower tire will help reduce road friction and drag, but yet give me a little more lift that I want. If I was to go with a 12.50 wide tire, I'd just step up to a 35in tire, but I think I'm going to save that tire size more for the fun 4x4 I hope to have in a K5 or a Burb with a 4-6 inch lift.
But to answer your question, I think a 2in lift with 31's would still look good. Probably very similar to a 4in lift with 33's. A 4in lift would probably make them look small, so I wouldn't go any more than 2in lift using a 31x10:50..
