BTW..... 'member when I said that I re wired the truck about a month ago? I am so sick of wiring that I cheated and bought a modified engine harness from speedway motors. I started to pull mine apart and nearly lost my "Christian testimony". The weather has been hovering in single digits here in Michigan for a week or so. Super hard to get motivated in the garage. Having a torpedo heater hollerin' for hours straight........is.........annoying.

Ok so I got the engine and tranny installed and I was lining up the driveshaft to make sure I could use the old one. Length looks really close but cant say for sure because the yoke that was on the th350 is too small for the 4l80. Anyone know if I can just get a new yoke or do I need to get the whole driveshaft? I guess the question is "will a 4l80e yoke work with a driveshaft from a th350"?

Should be able to get a yoke from a yard and a conversion U joint to put it all together.

There's all sorts of different yokes. I'm sure you can buy a new one just for what you are wanting to do.

As for used stuff, there's a lot available if you go looking around. I know for sure a 4x4 half ton yoke from an np208 truck will slide in and fit the stock th350 shaft, but the yoke itself is longer which will make your prop shaft longer overall.
