Is your color a GM paint code by chance? In the sun you can really see the metallic in my paint and the blue really shines. In the garage or poor lighting, though, it looks a lot darker than it really is. :) I LOVE my color!!! :D

Yep, Saab was a division of GM for many years until the last few years when they shed some of their divisions while going through their bankruptcy junk.

I'll have to look up my paint code. Mine's an early 90's GM paint code but is most likely very similar to yours :)

not much going on this way, busy on the house. I bought my clear, need another gallon and both things of hardner for them, need the base and reducer, sand paper, tape etc. I did pick up some new e-brake cables from amazon. I got a real steal on one, like $3.93 or something and now the price is like $19.85 or so. The other two were only like $14 and 15 each. Working on a side project for it too, a shaved wiper cowl. Nobody on the gmt400 forum knows about it yet, gonna wait until I get more done and post pics.

Well I've ben working on things on this for sure, 4 corner mod upper corners work, on these trucks they have no lights, got the clear side markers in them, chrome bulbs unlit and amber when lit up, ebay headlights, body work the lower grille fillers for paint, bought a quart of base, bought both DS bumper brackets, and finally changed tires..

have to get some of the grille, the 4 corner mod and the clear corners etc. but here's some of the ebay headlights and the 285's finally installed.

I had it sitting in the ground just tamped in, and year before last a guy slid into the fence and took out the gate, messed up the mail box so I had to just tie it up. I never did fix it lol. Need me an 80 lb. bag of crete to fix it lol.

I think the rope is cool actually. I like seeing mailboxes that look different from the rest. I have a plan for mine, it involves orange paint, rusty headers, and a chrome timing cover and air cleaner.
