I tend to like them as well. Unless, of course, I have to crawl under the damn thing without jacking it up.

I don't know what it is about them, I just think they look awesome. My grandpa had a set when I was a kid. Every time he got a new truck, he would pull them off the old one and put the. On the new one. Their nostalgic I guess. I think they would look slick if you painted them black to match the wheels and the grille guard.

I agree with HR on the running boards. I was told my stock trailblazer needs running boards. absolutely not, they hang too low and catch too much air. Kills what precious ground clearance I have and my not so great fuel economy.

You ******* RB hater... :flipthebird:

Same here. I like the benefit of them, but hate the look. And steps are a no no on a 4x4. They get caught on trails and will rip out your rockers. This is why I intend to do rock slides even though I won't need them for that purpose. I don't think I will anyway. But I can use a rock slide as a step and those do look pretty cool done right.

They don't even work for me. Every time I ever used one of those to step on I nearly ripped it off the poor truck lol I guess there not made to support the weight of an elephant
