That is how I feel about the spring place I used. The money is gone and I guess I could dispute with my CC company but it is not worth it. I was able to use half of the shackle. I wonder if the sleeves I have left over would work for you.
I appreciate the offer. But after far more hassle that it should have been, the problem is solved.

A 35 is not a giant tire. I trimmed a plastic fender flare corner and tapped the lip back with a mallet.

OP is putting 36's on his son's Yukon, so I was offering up solutions to what I've experienced with a similar size tire. The upper control arms fixed my only issues with suspension components.
Oh my God it might get dirty, what will I ever do? :emotions34:
I forgot this forum is full of keep it stock nancies. I wonder sometimes why I bother posting.

I stand corrected, the tires he bought are actually just a hair over 34 inches.

A 35" is a GIANT tire when these rigs came with mostly 15" wheels. I just said i wouldn't hack my sheetmetal to "try & look cool" and have stupid-looking off-set wheels hanging out there. I also don't like 6"+ lifts neither, just my preference, just something a little more aggressive than stock. JMO!

I don't get the whole lift kit and giant tires thing. I don't want to have to climb a ladder to get in my vehicle or do overhead presses to put anything in the cargo area.

I don't know about that, lol. There have been a couple people that have said I should put big rig wheels on my dually. That's a very expensive proposition. Even if they were buying, I wouldn't want that.

What if someone was willing to pay to have your truck wrapped, with pictures of roller skates and disco balls all over it?

To each his own. I just don't get it. I am not saying others shouldn't. Vehicles are personal and you should be able to modify them how you like. Within reason, of course.

agree 100%. My comment was meant more toward if your rock climbing, hitting the trails in the mountains with a lot of snow, or just simple daily driver. If you want "this" on your truck, I'm not gonna bash ya. Like you said, it's your truck not ours.
