check to make sure you have all the vac lines hooked up correctly to the TBI. you may also check the EGR (or take the vac lines off at the solenoid and plug them) and see if that helps.
does it seem like it is loading up on fuel and flooding itself out?
do you have access to a scanner or ALDLDroid and a blue tooth ALDL cable to get data from the computer? Maybe some clues there.
