I did the harness myself. I have gone back and verified all the O2 lines and voltage. MAF is in stock location.

I have confirmed that the DTC codes are heater circuit. The O2s I installed are Denso. I have heard that AC Delco O2s have better heater circuits. But doesn’t Denso make O2s for AC Delco?? Hmmm

Maybe it doesn't like the fact you cut the big booger tube off the intake vent, lol....

Hey for your cooling system what did you do with your steam hose? You block it off? I took my truck for its first actually drive today and it’s running pretty warm and seem to build up a lot of pressure

Generally the best thing to do with your steam hose is add it back to the heater return line like the factory does. There is a fitting made specifically for it. Here is a link to the info about it and part #. It is available on Rockauto.com but using the part # you can probably find it at a local supplier if you want to hunt it down today. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7936060&jsn=255

I'd just be sure and check it after a couple of years. Not sure what it is made of but I am sure it will corrode away until it leaks just like most of the cheap stuff they put on trucks now days.

That’s a great looking part. Had not seen that one. I ran mine to the top of the water pump threw a temp gauge fitting.

This coming Friday the 77 goes to the AC shop. Before that can happen I need to relocate the coolant over flow bottle due to AC lines now go through the core support on the passenger side. So this weekends projects included moving coolant bottle to the drivers side and refurbish the KC lights.

Well, the 77 got dropped off at the AC shop yesterday, felt really weird to leave it there. I almost feel violated letting someone else work on my truck without me there. Oh well, with any luck it will be finished Tuesday and I can pick it up Wednesday.

Side note for the steam fitting. Dorman 47147 also works and is made of plastic.
