Yes. Sealed well. It’s mounted in roughly the same location as it was in the donor truck.

yeh mine was in that location as well. I was in a rush and cut the cable going into the cab. Didn't take long to solder them back though.

As far as the AC part of this project goes, here are some details. When I had the dash apart with the heater box and evaporator removed the heater core and evaporator were replaced when it went back together. This means everything in the AC will be new. Here is rest of the part list. All parts with exception of the belt were ordered from Summit. Belt came from Autozone.
AC bracket ICT 551494x-3
Belt tensioner Continental 49296
Belt 114.3" Duralast 1143k6
AC condenser kit VA 021573
AC hose kit VA 547001
AC compressor VA 047007
AC presser switch VA 11086-vus

Very nice. I'll probably be doing my VA setup later this year or Spring next year. Goals for now are to get the floor pan on the K5 patched and coated then get all the wiring back in.

Since the 77 was first started back in September, I have periodically had the opportunity to do running engine scans with a buddy's HPT. The o2 sensors have always thrown codes for heater circuit and back 1 had been running rich. The scan I did yesterday still indicated heater circuit codes but the bank 1 rich condition had cleared up, must have been a sticky injector. Today I installed new o2 sensors and cleared the heater circuit codes. Hopefully this will keep the engine light from coming on.

Do you have your o2 sensors pointing upwards by chance?

You've got the rear O2's installed?

Most LS swaps don't use the rear O2 setup. Doubtful his does. FWIW having the o2 sensors pointed up as much as possible is recommended because otherwise moisture gets in them and fouls them if they are hanging anywhere near horizontal.

Running just the 2 pre CAT sensors. They are mounted almost straight down on top of the header collector. The moisture issue with o2 sensors makes sense. The sensors I removed were from donor truck which had been in some deep water before being parted out.

So much for the engine light saying off. Back on when I started it to leave work this afternoon. Have not checked it yet but suspect o2 heater circuit. Even so, it is running a bit better.

Without having to look back through all your photos just curious where your MAF is installed?

Also did you have your harness done or DIY it?
