@iamtherealJayy you need the AA adapter to put the slave on the other side of the trans. Wilwood pedals are ~$100, I couldn’t even find hydraulic pedals when I did my swap. It was pretty easy to install the aftermarket stuff just use the stock for a reference.

With 28” tires it’s probably better than mine lol! 31” really kill 1st with the Nv4500.
Not sure what gears you have but from experience anything less than 4:10 suck with the 4500. I have stock 31" tires and 4:56 and the overall combo is perfect for a DD. I also have run both 1st gear versions. The 5:61 is also much better.

I have 3.08s, I’m changing them to 3.73/4.10 when I get more funds. Have yet to decide if I want to keep the 31”s.

@SquareRoot currently 3.08’s with 28” tires.. stayed with the smallest tire I could to keep a little bit of torque.. I do plan on going lower in the rearend and going up a few tire sizes eventually. I’ve got 3/4 ton axles waiting to go in but I held off for wheel options lol

@Ifyasquintitsmint id run a universal pedal but I kinda like my pedals matching and just being the rubber cover, I was never a fan of vehicles with the custom pedal covers

Unfortunately trying to get pedals is fun. I was in same boat when I needed mine. Paid $300 for a set locally several years ago.

I’m about at the point of buying a complete truck again lol hate spending a ton on one part when I could give a little extra and it comes with the rest of the truck

Lol. With that logic you should go to Barrett Jackson and just buy a completed truck. Buy once-cry once.

@SquareRoot i didn’t think that logic was too bad lol, but parting out trucks is what I do on the weekends. It’s what I do to get the 5.3 for my swaps, and I usually end up with a free driveline plus a few dollars. Except this nv4500 swap. Still gonna have $500+ in the trans swap by the time it’s done.

@iamtherealJayy

Do you have vacuum or hydraboost brakes?

I have several pedal assemblies. I'm thinking I need to thin the herd. $400 shipped if your interested.

with this behind the 5.3, how much cutting on the tans hump are you going to need to do. How does the shifter line up.

Im trying to plan out transmission for the future in my truck, Was originally going T56 but its expensive.

@SquareRoot vacuum. I’ve been trying to find some local for up to 300. Can’t find any within six hours. If all else fails I’ll get in touch about yours. Or find a complete truck for <$1000
@Drauka99 not sure yet, it’s farther back than the sm465 but I’ve got a cleaner tunnel from an automatic with a 208 I’m going to use. My old one has already been hacked up.
