That color is badass! It’ll look great w the covert tan.


I had a few hours to spare this afternoon so I got the cab prepped and taped off. 2 solid coats later and the cab is covert tan.

Started it and rolled the windows up. Poor thing hasn't moved or even gotten a bath since Fall Revival
I haven't started the 84 in about two weeks. Tried to fire it up last night and it didn't start. Have to look at it this weekend. :(

I had never touched a steering box til mine. There are a few really good vids out there - found that mine was missing parts as I got into it. Best way I could suggest to keep the bearings all in place is to use royal purple grease - everything stays in place. Kits (rings and seals) are cheap. I'm an idiot and it came out great - works very smooth. I would take it over an $800 rebuilt one.
