I have not yet but will once I replace the ball joints. I literally replaced the center link and tie rods with the truck still sitting on the ground. So the wheels never moved and is just as aligned as it was before the work that was done. Obviously, I won't be able to do that when I do the ball joints  As soon as that is done I'll be getting aligned ASAP for sure!

Drove her to work for the first time today (100 miles roundtrip). She did pretty darn good which makes me feel better and increases my confidence in her a bit. It was windy so let me tell you she definitely goes where ever the winds blows her LOL Having decent ground clearance but being pretty light and that wind just tells her where she's gonna go

As you predicted, I need an alignment as the new tires on the front are already junk. Apparently the alignment on this thing was junk from the jump :happy175: Over the last week I've replaced upper/lower ball joints (new lower control arms), along with new rotors and pads. She goes in for new front tires and alignment on Wednesday. I wish I would have made time for the ball joints back when I first got it but I didn't realize the camber was off as much as it is. Next on the list for this truck is new brakes in the rear, replace calipers for the front and throw in the new carpet. Once that is all done I think she's good to go and should be ready to rock for a long time into the future.

I am REALLY bad at in progress pics when I'm working. It's just the last thing I'm thinking about when I'm in task mode :(

Same here. Oh man, I didn't get any photos. But I didn't feel like washing my greasy hands 20 different times to take pictures as I went along.

But you can get out your potato and take some before and after shots of the work. Toss a stuffed squirrel in the background if need be...lol...

I only took a before pic and meant to take more pics then that just got side tracked cuz I fail at life

This pic is pretty indicative of both sides. I ended up just replacing both lower control arms as pressing in the new ball joint proved to be a HUGE pain in the ass. Replacing the arm was MUCH easier.

Like I said, new calipers and soft lines will be July or August depending on how my other projects work out
