It does but it stops and back feeds itself so I think that hose is no.good

But it smooths out with spray around the EGR? And does it still do that? If so, the problem has to got to be right there somewhere. What else is around it? Is it possible overspray is getting sucked in somewhere else that you thought it was the EGR? TBI base gasket? Anything else?

Egr is new and I got a vacuum reading at idle of 16in pounds at a super psi of 8 after the filter but was a block off not an inline tester my father in laws bright ideal of a fuel tester. The truck is noe idling but running extremely rich and still won't allow me to rev it up at all

Did you ever get that CEL bulb replaced? You really need to pull codes bud.

I've replaced the bulb but no codes to read that's why I'm stumped at this point

You got 8 psi after the filter!!!!!?:eek:
should be around 18-20 un regulated.

Did the new egr com with those orofice washers?

No the pump is working...I dont mean to beat a dead horse, but have you dropped the 87 tank yet to take a gander?
