I've got some inner rocker rust to work on now, try to get as much off as I can, replace what can't be removed and treat what stays, same for the innder cab corner. I've got the rocker trimmed to fit pretty well but gotta do the cab corner. I found somebodys sand paper stuffed inside the rocker panel LOl a piece of 6 inch stick on DA 180 and a piece of 80

sorry for crap cell phone pics. All the grey is high build ready for me to block and have some glazing putty to finish off any bad spots( I saw a few already) therocker panel and cab corner was cut out as you saw in earlier pics, rust removed, treated, cut out and replaced, you name it. What was bad got cut out and replaced what wasn't bad was either ground down and treated. Now I can hang some panels back on for good and gotta do the door side jambs tomorrow and let em dry awhile before hanging them with new pins and bushings.

still not much update, got the front end and doors blocked, cab roof etc. I finally got the bed bodywork done, primed in epoxy and high build and blocked it. It's back on the truck, need to block the tailgate, touch up a few small spots I found and start on the hood.

It looks like no paint this year, gonna be spring I guess. I got a bunch coming up and need more supplies for paint stuff and garage prep for paint.

I did order some wheels, got a great deal on em, gong with 17's (eeekkk) I was never a fan of big wheels but I got these 2 cheaper then any of the decent 15's I liked, so gonna try em. I got 2 17x9.5's for the back need some 7's up front. I'm looking into some 275/40-17's out back of maybe 50's for it to have more sidewall, I need some up front but can't get much more sidewall due to not alot of clearance up front.

I've got an inch or so clearance up front with 26 inch tall tires

back the ps has 4 inches and the ds rear has 3, but the truck is sitting weird, need it on level ground to check

yessir gotta get the mini done to bring in the fullsize one and tear it down to rebuild it like I did this one

I almost built another one before the V10 I was gonna do full size axles under one. But the V10 presented itself before a suitable dime came along

thanks truck is all wet sanded down ready for another gallon of clear to be put on.

The body shop supply guy recomended I put on the first gallon I've had, let it dry for a few days wet sand, reclear and it'd look like it was laminated. I figure it's better also because for one I always cut and buff once done anyways, and I only got 2 coats because my gun was acting up not laying down good. That and the first gallon I had for years was a euro clear and only thing they have now is a high solids clear by the same company. So it has one gallon of euro clear with 1 quart of hardner laid down on only 2 coats, and will have a gallon of HS clear and quart of hardner hopefully I can get 3 or 4 coats this time, I got both my guns cleaned good so hopefully one of the 2 will lay it down nice.

There's gonna be new guns bought for the next project, one dedicated primer gun with a 1.8m or so tip and another good one for laying down base/clear. Hopefully I can get more pics tomorrow. I'll be waiting until next month before I can cut and buff, got some dr. appointments coming up and things and I have to buy another buffer
