pics do it no justice looks far better in person, I was shocked, turned out great. I got my hvlp cleaned and working good, got 3 more coats of clear on it all. I did get a couple runs and it's got some wavy orange peel spray, but that's exactly why I always try and lay down alot more then I need to so I can sand and buff. I was also impressed that this time there was hardly any dirt get in the clear, last time it had a good bit. Here's a few pics anyways..

Looks great! How did you get that front air dam so smooth? Were you able to just prime it and sand it a couple times, or did you have to smooth the plastic itself first?

I sanded it down with 220 first then went over it with a few coats of filler primer then wet sanded that down with 400, well 220 first then 400 wet

getting there guys, working on getting it legal to drive, gotta order front wheels to match the rear and tires. I also think I'll need to bring the front end up about an inch and then maybe the back down some if it's not level. I've got more to do underhood with some wires and touching up paint, put the chrome shroud on just to keep fingers out of the fan.

thanks. I try Paint has flaws, all my fault and in the base so it's not something I could fix easy, you don't notice them outside so it's nice LOL.

What a shame. I've been looking forward to the K10 build. Looks like it's a great start to a cool project, with lift kit already installed and such, paint not looking to bad.
