I'm not giving up. Still might take another stab at the intake if I can find a short piece of angle iron at the junkyard. I just got too frustrated with it. I dont have very patients.

Hmmm....I always thought that when you do something like this, the electrodes need to be of a dissimilar metal (maybe I am thinking electroplating instead)
