I just don't understand how you don't have good results with this process. Everytime I've done it, within an hour, I have red foam coating the whole top of the drum, which is a good sign its working well, along with all the bubbles coming to the top. I've also used 3 differant chargers and had the same results all 3 times, except the bigger charger did cook a little faster.

I dont understand why either unless it has to do over water softner we have to remove the city colorine etc. thats in the city water lines.

Yes, I shut the battery charger off then too. Then turned it back on around 9am this morning but ran it on the 55-140 amp.I think takes longer cause I run the battery charger on 20amp instead of 55-140amp. I was searching on internet and one guys says to run the battery charger on 30amp on the larger items and add washing soda to the larger containers like 40 gallon drums etc.

I'm thinking on cleaning it again but this next time I'll have filler tube near the bottom of the container this next time or just sand it by hand/use die grinder w/ wire wheel. I'll post a pic of it dry and get everyone's opinion.
