It's so heavily pitted in the bottom I would junk it. If you're dedicated to it a quart of molasses is not that expensive, probably cheaper than the electricity you're going to use over the next month to do it that way.

I'm about to junk this pending if I can find the power booster bracket and pivot pedal bracket thats needed. But if end up replacing this anyway i still gotta take out the pushrod though.

I think cheaper in the long run to buy a reman master cylinder and forget about that junk right there. Surely you have something else worthwhile to practice with Dave.

I think cheaper in the long run to buy a reman master cylinder and forget about that junk right there. Surely you have something else worthwhile to practice with Dave.

Yea, I'm hanging it up. Just gotta figure out how to get the pushrod out now. The snap ring is already off.

You shouldn't need that push rod I don't think. Is it part of the master? If so a rebuilt unit should come with it too.

Nope the ones thats are pictured for a 67 f100 dont with it on napa site.

I dont think I put enough washing soda in with 40 gallons of water. I only put in enough for around 25-30 cause thats all I had left in the box. I'm gonna buy 2 boxes this coming week.
