Ida been all over that. Probably gone already. Can't sleep on on deals like that. I'da bought for $500, had $150 into a trans rebuild, and sold it for $1200 with a new trans and low mileage motor if what he said is true. Unless it's got something hiding, it doens't look to bad for a project starter.

don't forget the dual air filter with the add performance gains that adds a good $300 to the final selling price once fixed

I"d be willing to bet it's gone. When you can get a truck for $500 that has 4 wheels allbeit, ****** wheels in this case, someone out there has a rusted up square with a bad motor and a good trans and that $500 truck fixes all their issue and now they have a driver, those deals just don't last.
