Yeah, I was calling it a parts truck because of how back the rust appears on it and we most likely don't even get the full picture of how bad it is from the ad. Judging from the condition of the outside that we see in the pics we know that the rockers and cab corners are toast. I'd be willing to be the the cab mount and floor board is completely rotted, too. Forget about the fenders and bed. So if the running gear is all good it might be worth it but it'd have to be something to see in person to truly know for sure or not.

Yeah, looking a bit closer at the pics, not only are those rockers rusty, they are literally gone. I have a feeling the cab is going to be toast. The rims are ugly and need blasted, primered and painted, but if someone needed tires, the tires alone look to be about 85-90%. Those would be worth $800 themselves. Save the Frame and axles for a future project Sell the motor, trans and Tcase for cash back, along with other parts that are salvagable, and could potentially end up with FREE itires, Crew Cab Frame and Axles for a future build.

Cash in hand is a plus for you man, might get a deal if you have the room and time to mess with it.

Exactly, Time and Space will be key here. That's the kind of **** I've bought in the past, and for my labor or tearing it down, made some profit and had FREE parts left over. I know for a fact, I've recovered any funds I've spent on any and all of my Squares and the parts I have here. All I really have invested is labor which is also educational so I can't say I have any regrets about buying any of mine at all.

I have a feeling that guy could there could be talked down to $650 pretty easy, maybe even $600. I'd hit him at $600, let him come back with $700, then hit him with $650 and he takes it is my prediction.

He's going to say, the money is there in parts alone, and you need to let him know, yeah this is true, with lots of labor, time and space to make those parts available too and he knows that's true or he'd be parting it out himself.

Yep. Appears to have come from FL. Maybe no rust. I know some of the coastal states trucks even though no snow or ice can rust just from the ocean air being salty, or if they drove it on the beach. That Burb I scrapped not long ago. That was a Houston, TX truck. Rust bucket deluxe but the truck spent alot of time on the beach and driving the beach. the door jambs where every rusted about to lose the door hinges.
