Not just that, "putting all the rarities on one truck."

The A883 Trans and the Stepside Longbed for sure. Not sure about any other SB retrofits, power mirrors would be cool to add. Seems I'm forgetting something though.

Tach I wouldn't mind but not a big fan of packages unless it really is that truck, like GJ or BJ for example. TX/OK had a package too. I assume it must have been aftermarket though. I remember seeing squares, all were long bed with bucket seats that I recall seeing. Tan interior, Black and and a Gold stipe. On the end of the bedsides they had an oil derrick and lettered Black Gold. That was during the 80's oil boom in OK.

I usually don't get real thrilled with SB tachs since they peter out a 5500-6000 rpm. In this truck, that's probably fine though. I'm used to my project trucks shifting around 6200-6600 rpm and raps to over 7,000. I have no intention of turning that kind of rpm in my 4x4 trucks though. I don't want race 4x4's, just want strong so I can go anywhere reasonably wo breaking. I woudln't mind doing a tach in my K1500 and I like that one JKnight has with the Fuel Guage in it. I'd really like my fuel guages to be seperate too.

Speaking of which, had funds not been an issue, I seen a real nice cluster at PAP yesterday. It was all idiot lights. Even the Brake lights was over there with the other lights. FOR OEM, I'd about prefer those biggo idiot lights and then I'd install aftermarket guages that I can trust, but still have the biggo lights as a secondary.

Shame no pics...I need pics of base clusters for the SB cluster thread. I haven't seen a single base cluster at the yard.

It wasn't mounted in the truck. Had I known, I could have taken a pic I had my camera with me hoping to see something good. I did peel and keep SPID labels though.
