Parts for next revision of day time driving lights. One port gets plugged the other gets oil pressure safely switch to control low beams. This way the low beams come on when engine starts.

Was able to get a couple hours of work done today. Axle cleaned and painted, old u-joints pressed out and tie rods and drag link assembled. Next is installing new u-joints and ball joints.

Looks like you stole all my parts! Looking good

All went well with the alignment. Camber on both sides was with in a half degree. Was worried about the passenger side with that off set bushing. Good for another 20 years.

Installed oil pressure switch and wired it into the relay control ground for the day time drive lights. Now the lights come on when the engine starts.

Pretty cool setup. Is that also where you actually monitor the oil pressure as well?

Oil pressure is read at the back of the block where the factory sensor was installed.

Not a lifted 4x4 guy, but in my experience, isn't the driveshaft slip yoke supposed to be at the transfer case end? Have not seen it installed with that orientation?

It can be at either end. I am running a double cardan joint at the transfer case so the slip joint has to be at the differential.
