Exhaust Exit
I think exit location depends on how much you drive it and if you want to hear anything in the cab besides exhaust noise. Loud exhaust that sounds good for 10 minutes can give you a headache after an hour of driving. Also, do you want to be able to hear the radio without having it full blast...- GTME94

Dual fuel gas/pane
Some of the kits for new vehicles are very slick. Will start the engine on gasoline and then switch over to gaseous fuel. Will also automatically switch back to gasoline when the gaseous fuel runs out. Not sure of the cost though.- GTME94

Engine power increases may not break parts further down depending on which transmission you have. One thing I thought of is window and door seals. Depending on how bad yours are and how much highway driving you do, replacing those can make it a lot quieter inside the cab.- GTME94

Fuel filler keeps backing up... Ideas?
Just be careful about your new line getting full and leaking fuel out. I think the design is intended to go back into the fill pipe so any splash back or burps of fuel goes back into the tank and not out somewhere. Lower Radiator Hose Clamp stripped...
I don't know about the fan shroud so I can't help you there. If you take off the radiator cap first there won't be any pressure in the system, just gravity on the fluid. Do you think you can somehow get the old clamp off without removing the hose? Not sure what type of clamp you have but...- GTME94

I'd say your on the right track. Be prepared for a nasty varnished mess in that fuel tank. You might want to prime the engine lube system before you rotate the engine. Got turns and brake lights, but nothing else.

Dual fuel tank selector valve
It is under the Passenger side of the cab, near the rear, on the inside of the frame rail. It has a metal heat shield over the valve. -

Re-adjusted my trans kick down switch thanks to the help of SlickGTP and HRPC. -
TH400 Kickdown switch information...
Worked exactly as advertised! A little scary pushing it up, I got a crunchy sound. But mashing the gas pedal re-adjusted it. You are right, it only activates the switch with a completely mashed pedal. No accidental downshifts unless you really floor it!- GTME94
