So I'm missing the bolts that connect the sway bar ends to the top of the leaf spring. Anyone know what size they are? What bolts would I order?

They don't mount to the frame with end links?

No, on a 4wd the ends of the sway bar have eyelets for a large bolt that goes into the leaf spring u-bolt plates.

If you have at least a 2" lift, I highly recommend the ORD disconnect kit. It really unbinds the front swaybar and makes the ride 100% better.

Thanks for the info.
Swaybar is a huge 3/4" bolt with a 1 1/8" head for factory set up.

I would also highly recommend the ORD Kit if you have any lift between 1 1/2-4"

Just did some digging (see below, part no 29), all the 4WD use the same bolt. Its 3/4-10 x 3 1/4". The OEM part number is 328130.
Sourcing aftermarket you should ensure the bolt is grade 8 case hardened. That length may be hard to find but a 3 1/2" could easily be shortened.
Good Luck

I like the idea of the sway bar correction and disconnect system from ORD, I can't quite visualize how this kit will fit on my 86 K20 truck. If both ends of the sway bar are bolted to the leaf pack top plate, what good are the disconnect pins? how does the sway bar connect to the new swing shackle, and then to the crossmember? Pictures would explain everything. If anyone has one of these kits installed on a K20 please post a few pictures
