Alternatives to anti-sway bar?

My '78 K10 is very lifted, and I recently added crossover steering which required removal of the sway bar.

I am on the verge of having it on the road now but am worried about stability. Does anyone know of anything that can be done to get some of that stability back? I've installed new shocks.

I would just wait and drive it first to see how it feels. I can't say I've ever seen any of these things with significant lift that had a sway bar at all

rock jock, sky jacker, and im sure there are more, sell aftermarket sway bars that can be modified to fit a squarebody

a lot of peeps remove the sway bar and don't notice much at all.

Requires fab.. .i dont think anyone sells them
