Yep, I moved the battery to the driver's side when I swapped in the LS. It is an original AC truck, getting the AC integrated and working is next after I put the cooling system back together. But most of that on the driver's side is swap wiring, I've got a positive bulkhead and fuse box hidden right behind the core support down low that all of that goes to. Then the factory lighting harness. The little box you see is a circuit breaker, the battery tray bolts to/sits on top of that bracket and another closer to the radiator and hides the fuse box and everything down there.pic of ecm location and guessing battery on drivers side? AC original truck? Guessing you extended the harness if it's by the headlights. Need to clean mine up is why I ask.
