For my K5 LS swap I used an Escalade donor with a 6.0.
It has the larger rad (over a 5.3 with conventional fan) and dual electric fans.

I have it setup for fan 1 to turn on at 160 and fan 2 to turn on at 190. ECU sends the signals.
I also have fan 2 setup to turn on as soon as the AC compressor is on.

Takes 3 relays

It's the stock thermostat, shows to be 187
