Here's a few pictures of the vintage slot mags I have. Shelby branded, 16.5, two of each size.

Very cool
I love the look of vintage slots.
Have them on one of my '69 Camaros.
I've never even heard of Shelby brand slots.
16.5 in is pretty rare at this point
My Dad got these many years ago at a swap meet. He had this idea about building a heavy duty half ton Burb for swap meets, with the 8 lug rear axle and front suspension. So we got a full floating 14 bolt out of a truck at pick your part, and the front suspension assembly on the crossmember from another truck at a different pick your part. IIRC this was back in the 90s when squares were pretty plentiful in the yards; I know the rear axle took 4 of us to pull and get in the wheelbarrow, and then drag uphill from the truck section at the back of the Drennan Street yard. This was the original pick your part yard in Houston, at the edge of Buffalo Bayou and EaDo (east industrial part of downtown that's gotten very gentrified). So it was at least 25 years ago.....
We ended up getting a 2500 square body Burb instead of building one! Don't have the front suspension anymore but I do have the rear axle. You can see one end of it in one of those pictures. Eventually I will sell it; my OBS crew cab has the later version of this axle and I don't think they'll interchange.

That polished look is effing disgusting, I bet they don't sell very many of those.
And I was about to say those are one of my favorite in a small pool of 8 lug wheels that are period correct looking for our trucks.

Test fitted the 20s before I mount 285/60s Goodyear wrangler on them. I should have enough clearance, right?

I love that look!
And if I ever get on another 8lug 4x4 Square, it’s going to get the srw wheels up front and 1 step further in the rear with a narrowed dually setup! No hips.
