Just wanted to give an update. I went ahead and went the cheapo way since I already had them anyways. Blocks in the rear. I bought an add a leaf for each side and while disconnecting the passenger side I found that the spring second from the bottom was broke in three places. Not new breaks either. A local spring shop made me one for each side plus the center pins and spring clamps for $77. I'm glad I went with the add a leaf with the lift because even though the is still bed off it seems pretty level and I'm not sure if it would with just the blocks. It now dwarfs my 03 stepside lol. It's on a slight grade in the third picture and the puddle underneath is from another car that was parked there before lol

Thanks dude. And nope it's actually only 4 inches with 33s. I ran them tires on it with it being stock height and never had a problem either.

I have 33's on my 84K10 WITH 10" wide wheels and they would bite the edge of the front fenders turning in my drive way. I went with 3" TC EZ Ride.
