Tried a different TPS, that wasn't it.

Nothing out of the ordinary shows up on WinALDL.

I just don't get why it started after replacing the IAC after running great for a week (I replaced it because it was having a little trouble idling) and yet if I put the old one back, it still does the same thing.

I feel it's a vacuum leak now...but WHERE.

I borrowed my friends smoke machine, no dice.
Used carb cleaner, no dice.

I can kind of hear it with the fan unhooked when I blip the throttle. It's on the passenger side but so far, nothing I've done has found it.

Unless the IAC is doing it...Perhaps it's not sealing right though i put a new gasket on, maybe the solenoid itself is allowing air to get through...

Maybe it is the mounting of the iac and/or pintle seating position?

Never been a time when man has spent so much and gotten so little for his money.

New fuel pump I got from @Irishman999 and it goes like stink except a dead miss that is likely from a plug that has burned.

Have a dead miss I need to figure out yet now. Found a burned plug but replacing it helped a little, not enough though.

Dead miss fixed, seems the midget penguins in the A/C system got out and partially unhooked the no. 8 fuel injector.

Yes, I will blame it on the midget penguins though I was the one that ohm'ed the injectors the other night and must have thought it was on all the way, I guess one was playing games with me and got between the connector and injector. Little bastards are tricky that way.
