yea man im going to haul to the mud bog and run it through the mud then haul it home and get it ready for next time lol if i go through the hood i was thinking about getting a set of shorty headers and turning them upside down then running 3 inch out the hood does that sound like it would work ?
I've never owned a mud truck, but to me your plans sound good. I would have to have the stack flappers (what ever they are called) though. I've had a couple of dirt track cars with open long tube headers that exited underneath. Great sound at 7500 rpms.
Yeah, those look like they would work for your application. Not a bad price. Chrome!! Should be able to see some fire out of those even with an extension. Cool!
I don't think you can use block huggers like the they curve in, so when you flip the upside down, they are going to be curving into your valve covers. You can buy a set of build your own headers, or get a set of Zoomies.
We run circle track headers on ours they run over the frame and exit at rear of front fenders heres a couple pics I could prolly find part numbers if you needed them
