Detroit Steel makes OE looking steelies and rallies.

There's lots of versions out there (Detroit may have their own, I'm not sure) but some cap clips will hold the factory hub cap on

I think @Grit dog bought some bigger diameter steelies for his ride

I thought it was still a thing

Aren't the "transport" wheels just the large steel rims that were used as full sized spares and mounted under the truck?

No, they are not spare tires. Although more akin to a donut spare than a normal spare tire/wheel combo.

Wheel Vintiques has a lot of classic wheels. I’d just take a look through what they offer.
They do. And are nice quality. Unfortunately they’re mostly/all smaller diameter steelies. But assuming the OP has a half ton since he wants to use the 10” hubcaps, they have a pile of 5 lug wheels with some in 17” and maybe 18” select styles.

Are you saying the transport wheels are more like donut spares? Why the heck would anyone want those?

I have seen pictures of trucks in the past with "transport" wheels and from what I remember, they look like the steely full sized spares. Not my cup of tea at all, so I am definitely foggy as to what they (the "transport" wheels) actually look like.

It really doesn't matter anyway, the OP has a C10 with 5-lug wheels. The 2wd 1/2 tons never got larger diameter wheels until the 6-lug years.
