I like field trips too but they suck no actually being there.

My uncle had a festiva, he drove it until literally the wheels fell off of it. it had like over 400,000 or so on it. Maybe more I forget since it's been so long. he only parked it because of the front end being completely shot, the rest was fine, still ran and drove minus the worn out front end.

I like the small mirrors and I like the dumbo ones too. We don't have a pull or pick a part here either only junkyards.

I love the junkyard here, he absolutely doesn't give two ***** about anything lol. Me and BAC need to drag the camera in there when it warms up.

I love these field trip threads and pics!!! :High 5:

Why the hell can't you take a camera into a junk yard?????

As I clicked I think I noticed Retro started responding to this, I seen Insurance. Yep, it for liability purposes. They don't want someone in their taking pics of potentially hazardous situations and trying to sue and have proof of such.

Rust free parts, what the hell are those, lol!

I'd take a camerra any way to take pics of **** that would interest me and I could look at at home and ponder buying or making sure a part would match, f those no camera b/s. :flipthebird:

If they can take a phukin pic of a VIN number they can write them down too! AND THERE AINT NO SIGN SAYIN NO PENS AND PAPER ALLOWED, LOL!!!!:roflbow:

I seen tons of rust free parts in there today. Now that I read Retro's post I was not aware of vin pics. I am not so sure why anyone would want the VIN # or VIN plates on these trucks. They are already trash as far as use since they are immediatly turned into Junk titles and not reregisterable. But in OK, you can file for a New VIN. Long process that I think it stupid. But for guys who take a cab off and put it on another frame, I think they are supposed to Re Vin those vehicles as combining 2 into 1. I'll never do that. I just register the cabs, since the VIN # on the frame is not verifiable unless you completely remove the cab. The vin is stamped into the top frame rail, passenger side about underneath the passenger seat. Noway possible to see it without removing the cab, or the seat and cutting a hole in the floor pan.

He didn't say he had your back. All he said was his truck has small mirrors. So he hasn't had a chance to put good mirrors on it yet. Clean, we have some buyers for your dinky little VW mirrors. You want a set of OEM Dumbo mirrors for your truck, I think I have an extra set if you want them. But, you have to install them and post pics.

No, I'm not. I don't know why he thinks I am. Is that what he meant I guess?

No, I didn't think you were, but I thought I seen you given advice to one of the newbies about the Marines. Now I think of it, it was Clean who did that too. Told him not to volunteer for anything.
