I transferred jobs to a few hours away and am in the process of moving, so I haven’t had a lot of time to get online. I ended up putting a gasket on it three times. The third time I coated the intake and housing with rtv and put plumbers tape on the inserts. It leaked slightly at first and stopped after 10 minutes of running. I drove it loaded down about 150 miles without issues from the cooling system. I don’t know why it stopped leaking after 10 minutes, but it hasn’t leaked since. On a side note, I have a carb problem now with the swb and a transmission problem with the lwb. I’m hoping the trans problem is from it sitting for so long, but that’s a different topic for a new thread.
