The diagram shows it going to Tach, so I think you should be good... they might have meant coil(-) on a different ignition setup. I'd try it like you have it with the things you have fixed first, then try switching to the negative coil hookup as a last resort

Battery is still juicing up... I just watched a video of a guy cranking his 350 up, when he went to crank it, the display showed "syncing"

So I think it syncs everytime you crank it up.

I also opened the idle screw up a bit... Or in other words, opened the throttle plate.

I'm currently at 13 volts. So it'll be a little bit.

@Bextreme04 when I do crank the engine, it is showing a rpm on the display, like 150 rpms or something.. So I think it's reasonable to say it's getting a crank signal.

So it sounds like you have all issues covered then! I have a heavy duty charger that will do 15 amp bulk charge... my deep cycle golf cart batteries on my travel trailer still take a few hours to charge when really low. If it is taking this long to charge yours, it seems reasonable that it was low enough to cause a problem. I'm hoping after you get it to a full charge it cranks right over and fires right away! Fingers crossed!

I'm honestly cooking a pizza in the oven right now, misses is gone out with her sister to eat, kids are gone with the grandparents to the beach for a week... Gonna munch on some pizza, then hopefully it'll be charged up closer to 14 volts when I return.

message replied too.

You're over analyzing it. Initial startup is always finicky. Don't mess with to much stuff on the efi trying to get it to start. It should start off the fuel prime at least. If it won't then it isn't a sniper issue. If it dies after the prime shot is used up then your either losing the rpm signal or your throttle blades are to far closed.

Don't hook into the wires from the module, the tach output on an hei is the correct spot for the sniper wire to hook too.

Idk what else I missed but those were the main points I saw being discussed

Special thanks to @bluex for a phone call, and a good rundown of the system....

I'm fixing to give it a go if the battery is charged up enough.

Not to toot my own horn but I'm Holley Teir 2 certified an they are going to tell him everything I just did (probably not as much actually) until he gets it running an can get a data log there isn't much they can do over the phone.

She's coming to life.... It's like ******* magic.. It was the throttle plate not opened up enough.

You gotta love it when a plan comes together. Bet you are grinning from ear to ear.

I should have asked too if the IAC % was really high when it tried to run. That's a sign the blades are closed to much as well. Usually you can hear the thing hissing too. Like trying to breath through a straw...

Like I said, I always give them 2-3 turns in to open them before the initial start

**** is LOUD AS HELL, Jesus, it's blowing up my eardrums at just 1500 rpms.

I'm still trying to keep it idling.. I REALLY need a second hand to help me while I adjust timing and idle.
