Sorry man mine only allows consonants....
to work as GM had it you would need an air cleaner that sealed to the hood not to difficult. If you want one like the Chevelles had buy a Chevelle hood and graft it onto your truck hood and add the air filter housing to match.

You could probably take an available aftermarket hood and just build an air cleaner to seal to it.

I believe all 2 inch cowl steel can be modified if not hole saw works well
