Hello,
Looked through the threads but couldn't find any details.
Need to install the fuel tank selector valve in my 78.
PO removed the unit and connected the left tank directly to the lines on the frame rail.
I found this thread which is probably what it looked like:
My tanks were original and the sending units have 3/8 supply, 1/4 return and the 5/16 is a vent. The vent didn't connect to the valve, had a vent cap similar to a differential.
Also, I'm pretty sure the selector switch is original since it's a 5 wire not 6.
What is everyone using in this situation?
