Not a '74 cluster. '74 would still have an ammeter and mechanical oil pressure gauge as well as no KMs on the speedo. 78-79 more likely.

I can tell you right now the tach in that cluster doesn't work. When the needle is above 1,000 rpms and it's not hooked up it is ****** up. And they are EXPENSIVE to fix, I'm trying to learn how to repair mine myself lol it's that ****** expensive!
