As nice as it appears, the price really isn't all that out of line for a SWB 454.

And for it's condition and looks to be pretty much OEM and unmolested under the hood. Also has the good AC Compressor system. I wouldn't pay it, but I'm not a Short bed fan either. But knowing Shortbeds sell for much more, I'd say it's a fair price too unless there is something hidden not being told or seen in the pics.
