They fit great!!!! The only mod was I had to cut a small ear off the bell housing. Cleared the manual clutch linkage with out issue and no issue with front drive shaft. O2 sensors fit great as well.

Do you think these will clear a slave cylinder? Just got my motor installed today and noticed the exhaust manifold issue

Do you think these will clear a slave cylinder? Just got my motor installed today and noticed the exhaust manifold issue
Just went back and looked through some pis of the DS header. I currently do not have a good angle on the slave cylinder mount. As soon as I get a chance I will get some better pics of the slave cylinder mounting area. Keep in mind I am using a Advance Adapters bell housing and had to trim a bit on that side.

Dang, yeah that’s pretty tight in there, I might just hack the stock manifold up to clear and then keep doing some research, or got with the hydraulic throw out bearing, thanks for the reply

I have been getting trouble codes p0135 and p0155 on a regular basis. Sometimes right after resetting codes, others times days latter. I have 12 volts to both sensors, both sensor heater circuits read 6.5 ohms and all wires from sensor plugs to PCU check out. I am running long tube headers which moves the O2 sensors further down stream. Wondering if this is part of the problem. Also wondering if wrapping the O2s with header wrap would help. Anyone else experiencing this?

I intend to install new O2 sensors soon, as far as i know the ones I am running have 180k on them. I have been looking around at different O2 options and keep coming back to Ac Delco 213-1702 $36 on Amazon. Anyone have thoughts on what O2 sensors work best with LS swaps and long tube headers?

You got drive by wire set up to? I cut and fab up my original pedal to work with the drive by wire pedal set up, you got a lot of work in your truck, how long you been working on it?

Yes this is set with drive by wire, the pedal assembly is out of a 2005 pickup and required a bit of modification to work in the 77. I have been working on this truck for 2 years now.

Think I will ride with the current sensors for bits longer, truck seems to be running fine as is. Over the past few days I have been researching AC brackets. At the moment I have 3 contenders. Right now I leaning towards the ICT 551494x-3 for $115. According to ICT this is there "standard" model and 551474-3 is the "heavy Duty". Difference being the standard is for stock/lightly modded engine and heavy duty for high HP engines. Since I am running a stock 5.3, I should have no problems with the Standard and save $100 in the end.

Oh those look like some good brackets, I was gonna start looking into ac brackets to, be nice to have it back in the truck
