Got cought in the part where using the broker there were less fees. But forgot that when using a broker, have to pay tax twice. The great system we have.
And one other vehicle I was getting titled, it took 4 months going back and forth with the state to get everything sorted. But when finally got their approval, I had to pay a late fee because it took 4 months to get the approval.

Had decent experience with copart until now. This was labeled as engine start program. What they did not say, is that it was running only on four cylinders. I might just be towing it back to them on Monday.

From everything I've heard about copart this is just par for the course.

Mud in the intake and water in the oil. Of course, keys were locked inside when it was brought out. Either insurance or copart receiving rigged it just enough to somewhat run. By their own words, if engine is noisy it should be marked mechanical damage.

Copart find?

Yes, but came with misrepresented/undesclosed issues. Buying a replacement motor for it would at this point put it at same price point as a clean title good car.

Reading copart dealings does not give me much hope so far. So until Monday, trying to see how much damage is really done. Had to level it to drain the oil due to drain location.
