Just two small paint chips to fix and the rear is good. Cheapest/easiest rear quarter panel repair I have ever done.

Have rear quarter panel removed. Found the suspension noise was a loose caliper. And found the headlights to be a pain.

Can you elaborate on this a little for those of who don't have a collection of vettes in the driveway. Are all the panels on the newer vettes separate and removable like a fender on most cars? Up to c4 the bodies were basically one piece, less doors and hood. So damage to the quarter like this one had would require a lot of glass work. pics would be great.

C6 and I believe c5 they just unbolt. Not sure on c7's, have not gotten to them yet. Maybe gm assumed that a lot of sliding sideways in to objects will take place.

Bought evap vent solenoid, hood struts and brake pads. Current pads rattle a bit, so while I have them out might as well and put new set in.

Fixed most of the major paint flaws, but also in two spots made things worse. Will keep working on it a bit more. At least most of the water stains are gone now.
