Cleaning intake and throttle body. New filter and oil. Cranks ok. Going to put it back together tonight and see if it can drive to work tomorrow. Followed by another oil flush if it gets that far. Was hoping to read cranking oil pressure, but forgot that all gauges go dead during cranking.

Worst case thinking ls3 block from 5th gen Camaro. 0.2 liters bigger and cheaper than the ls2 block.

Got it to run. 100% set up. Oil pressure sensor was disconnected. Once connected, no oil pressure and does not sound good either. Picture of cluster on the auction showing that it is running zoomed in to tach only.

This actually turning out ok. Reprimed oil, lifters pumped up. Gauge was still reading 0, but lifters were good. Pulled front oil plug and verified pressure there. Then another oil change, drive around the block and the oil pressure gauge came back as well. Still want to check the trans fluid and rear diff fluid. And another oil change. The shifter is super long throw and sloppy even when compared to my TA. And I think even worse than the factory solstice shifter. Clutch pedal is long travel as well.

Confirmed the front end rattle. Broken skid bar/radiator support. Will be taking it off and rewelding back together.

Man you sure get a lot of different vehicles. Some cool projects. Do hold on to these or sell them afterwards?

Yellow one is a fully base model(as in no options), but color wise might be the one to keep. Also getting a trans/rear diff from a z06 for it. Probably will make a new thread for it, just seem to be cluttering up the other vehicles section recently.
Got the skid bar out on the red one. Will be welding it back together. Need to do the same thing in the yellow one.

I am preferable to base models. I don't like all the fancy options. Hence the 78 door swap to manual windows on my Suburban.
