I'm doing a 87 fuel tank and sending unit
so i am lost with exhaust i want headers or manifolds that fit and don't need any reworking i wanna just bolt it up and go

IIRC, Camaro exhaust manifolds.

2010-up Camaro, specifically, should fit.

Hooker Cast Iron LS manifolds are a great option.

I believe Trailblazer SS and Buick Rainer V8 manifolds will work as well.

These are generally the best fitting manifolds, but the motor mount adapters you use will always play a role. The Hooker manifolds are the best I've seen for clearance.

In addition, none of these will just "bolt up and go" to your existing exhaust. They will all need to be tied in. Nothing available will just bolt up and fit your existing exhaust.

I'm diggin around for bang/buck mounts. Care to elaborate? LOL "keep searching" is a fine answer as well.

Are you using 700R4??
If so, I used Schoenfield 1302LS1's and they bolted rite up. I chose to move my driver side o2 sensor bung, but could have made it work without.
