and I see you already got the FiTech. I was going to try and warn you away from it. While it's a decent setup it's not optimal and there are better systems out there for relatively the same money. But I understand you want to keep the carbureted look. I want to install a BBC in my Elky as well and at one point was heavily leaning toward the FiTech dual quad setup. I love the look of it but a buddy of mine said he has installed a few FiTech systems and he never liked how any of them ran (customer's choice). I did more research as well as watched a few videos comparing the Fitech to the Edelbrock Pro Flo 4 and Edelbrock wins hands down, plus it's Bluetooth and you can tune from your phone!

Anyway, I digress. I look forward to the rest of the build.

My neighbor helped me bleed the brake a couple days ago so that's done. I let it run for a while the other night to get the coolant to circulate, now I'm going through some wiring, decided it might be better to get the fans wired before the nose goes on. The factory tach isn't working so I need to figure that out and I guess these cars didn't come with an oil pressure gauge so I'll be adding one.

Nope - never understood that as the T/A's did.

Of course the 2nd gen T/A's A/C never seemed to work as well as the Camaro, so whaddya gonna do ...

Nice work so far !! :waytogo:
