I’m rebuilding an 87 gmc 2500. It had been parked in a field since 1995. It has 13” rear drum brakes. When we were tearing it down, the rear drums were completely siezed/rusted up and breaking theM with a sledge was the last resort to get them off. All internals were badly rusted up as well. We ended up trashing all the internal components thinking we could just replace them with new ones. I am now in the process of putting together a shopping list of parts to rebuild them and unfortunately can not find several parts needed to completely replace. I know I need the push rods for the wheel cylinders, parking brake lever and strut. Anyone know of any sites that would carry these parts?

Have you tried Rock Auto? Or your local parts store? If you have someone at the parts store that is willing to do some searching through the catalogs, there may be parts for the later model one ton truck that will match or can be used. The GM full floating axle used 13" drum brakes for several years after the square body trucks.
You can also look up your truck on RA web catalog and write a list of parts and numbers, then check the later model square body trucks (89-91) and the OBS (92-2000) one ton 3500s for comparison. GM was good about using proven brake components for several generations of vehicles, particularly on 3/4 and one ton trucks.
