    mated to what transmission? I'm asking because it depends if you need a short input spline or long input spline. That 205 has the long spline. Not sure what your 208 would have. But round is round and figure 8 is figure 8 so you're good there.

    I would assume 4.11's. I think some came with 3.73's in the semi floaters but I've only seen 4.11's in the full floaters. Not saying that there isn't something different, just my experience.

    @Raider L I have an auto tilt out of a '75. The only visible damage is the small piece above the turn lever is missing, and no wheel. I can take some pics when I get home. The only thing I want off it is the turn lever itself since it's an original cruise lever and I want to adapt it to my setup.

    Check your axles. I bet you blew a u-joint and took out the yoke. Take the cover off the rear. We want pics! There have been some pretty nasty explosions posted on here lol

    I carry compression fittings to use in a pinch to get me home, but never for a permanent fix. I have the Rigid flare kit but I do like that Eastwood kit. I might have to upgrade at some point.

    Once I read GM Light Blue Metallic the color that popped into my head was white. Charcoal would look cool, and always does, but it's overdone. Go white and be different, at least a little.

    Did a small electrical job for a guy at work who's a retired tool and die maker. This is what he gave me in return. I still haven't had a chance to go through it all but most of it is brand new never been opened.
