    I can almost guarantee that the wires going to that vacuum switch go into the firewall grommet just behind the trans dipstick in that picture...I know because I cut mine at that grommet when I removed ESC.

    make sure you start with the inner bolts first and tighten in a criss cross pattern. don't start with the outer bolts.

    It probably will take an AF meter, but I don't see that happening for a trash/wood hauler with some snow driving. Just not too concerned with mpg especially since gas has gone way down.

    Your fuse box doesn't look any different than every other pic of a fuse box I have ever seen of these trucks. Really you should take a pic of the wires at the light switch, then we can go from there.

    Sounds like it is too rich. If it fires with the choke (which is too create a rich idle) but not when open, you got to much fuel.

    The vapor canister in the pic is for fuel vapor from your tank. If you rant to get rid of it, stick an axle breather cap on end of that hose, then ditch the canister.

    How about the gasket around the top of it? There should be foam that helps it seal to the vent T.
