So I'm looking to get my TC switch working again, but I don't know where to get the vacuum for it. I have a Eddy 1406 and one of the front ports is being used for the dizzy, the 2nd port is plugged off. Can I get the vacuum I need from the second port?

For full-time (manifold) vacuum, tee into the line connected to the right hand port (as shown):

You can tee off any port that is direct manifold vacuum like the ones at the back of the carb

that is NOT the TCC vacuum switch. that is the ESC vacuum switch for the distributor. the TCC switch is just to the left of the brake booster and you can T off a full vacuum port from the carb or get you a 3/8 pipe fitting with a barbed hose connection and hook it up there at the port on the intake manifold behind the carburetor.

Nope that's definitely not the TCC. Its the "TIP IN" vacuum switch.

The wires are from the trans harness, a 1984- 700r4, and i believe it locks or unlocks the torque converter. Don

I can almost guarantee that the wires going to that vacuum switch go into the firewall grommet just behind the trans dipstick in that picture...I know because I cut mine at that grommet when I removed ESC.

You are correct Boone83. I started another thread about the case connector issue I had, and everyone helped me figure out what was what regarding the lock-up deal. http://www.gmsquarebody.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10246
The vacuum switch for the TC lock-up solenoid is right next to the brake booster. Its really easy to confuse the two vacuum switches on the fire wall(tip in & tc lock-up), cause they look almost identical to each other.

I've been thinking about it. Last time I looked, there were more wires going to other place, and I've just been too busy to track them all down, see what goes where, and remove the ESC module and the harness.
