Picked this up at a yard sale for $5, guy said it works fine. He had a nice 72 C10.

Hydraulic bell housing, 32 spline output, round pattern 465 for $50. He had it up for $200 for awhile, dropped it to $50, couldn't pass it up lol. Didn't even know what the output was or that it was hydraulic. Shifts good, feels tight. Great score.

That said, it does have a crack in the bell. Not bad at all, could be repaired pretty easily. In a decent spot, closish to the starter. Not big. I don't weld aluminum so not by me lol

A quick run from the other day. Was very surprised I got both emblems off intact. Oh I also got cab light covers and gaskets but forgot to get a picture of them

Silverado showed up in the yard so I pulled the two door glass and vent windows, head liner, seat track, and some misc interior parts. The original door glass was badly scratched.

Got a few things the other day. Jeep steering shaft for the mod. Throttle and hood cables, exhaust heat shield 9though sadly it doesn’t fit my crewcab) Coolent overflow bottle, and a nice Pintle/2 5/16 combo hitch.

Nearly perfect tail gate $59.99 R we al nice bench seat $59.99
Instrument cluster and bezel $60.00 all lout of a 1980 c10 . Pulped on these. Couple of my squares have garbage odd ball seat and destroyed clusters.

Some non Camaro things I pulled from the yard a couple weeks ago...
This aluminum small block intake was used on several models from 1978ish to 1985ish.
Vettes, Camaros, Trucks you name it if it had a 305 or a 350 in it, there was a possibility it could have been on there.
The interwebs were not super clear.
It does however have the low rise EGR adapter thingy on it, so it came off a low hood type vehicle.
I bought it because I am a parts wh-0re and it will probably get sold off....

I have also just started learning about brushless cooling fans that started coming on cars in the late 2000's.
I was in the yard and took a stroll around and happened upon a Porsche Cayanne from 2010 and sure enough it had a nice pair on it.

It turns out the large 420mm fan is in fact brushless and the smaller 300mm fan is simply a variable speed fan.
The fans are rated at 600 watts and the smaller is one is 300 watts, that should move more than enough air for anything we have.

I ordered the little PWM generators that are used to dial in the fan speed and duty cycles needed.
Like I said, I am just learning on adapting these things to our vintage cars.
So for the $60 buy in, it will be a cool thing to try and if it works there will be more pulled from various vehicles to be adapted.

Curious what the dimensions are on that? It looks awful tall but might work on our trucks?
The fans are 29 inches wide and 22-1/2 inches tall.
The awesome thing about them is that the highest point is only 3 inches, so they are quite compact.

I have not had the chance to see how they match up to the spare 4 core big block radiator I have for the truck, but there is room to whittle these down if they are too tall.

Loads of information here on these fans and what to look for when hunting for them...

I think it was factory on trucks and camaros. Hmm, maybe he was talking about the fans,not the manifold. I hit the area arrow on his post,it showed the manifold.My bad err,arrows bad.

Picked up another 205. This one has a 27 spline input. Seems to be a 73 model. Wasn't a total score, but I haven't seen one for a good while for a decent price, at least a few years. I paid about what it's worth, $250.

I may have gone a bit overboard with finding different fans for projects.

This one is a pusher from a 2006 BMW X5 with a 4.4L that augments the cooling power with the engine driven fan.

This one is out of a VW Touareg and it is the same type of set up that I pulled off of a Porsche a few weeks ago.
I may end up cutting these apart and running them on different vehicles to see how I can adapt them.
I have a 1954 Bel Air that has a tall narrow radiator shape and I think the main fan will be a good fit to the size that it is.

This one is from another BMW and it had been removed from the vehicle by somebody else, so I could not find the other half of the connector.

This one is from a Volvo wagon, I forgot to look to see what model it was.

Another Volvo fan that was removed before I got there with the radiator and laying on the ground.
Easy pickins.

In another couple weeks the yard will have its annual 75% off sale.
I plan on pulling several fan control modules from Mazda's as those seem to be fairly simple to adapt for fan control.
Or the Ford Focus style that is similar to the ones used on Vette's.

Who knows, right now it is just a pile of parts that is awaiting my attention....

if you need shorter fans, like, possibly to the left or right of a large radiator in a square or something with another square one off-center but next to it (rectangle next to square basically) grand amfans are pretty compact and bothseem to push good air
